The trial is free for 30 days and needs no credit card. You can bring in your customers, suppliers and history with the built-in import tools, or book our one-on-one migration service for USD$125: we set up your company and transfer your data from your old platform. The price might vary with your needs, but there are no surprises.
Accounting Pro covers 1 corporation. BizHelperSuite Complete comes in four sizes: 1, 2, 5 or 15 corporations. Each corporation keeps its own books, invoices, expenses and reports, and you switch between them from one login.
No. BizHelperSuite never asks for your bank login. You record your transactions yourself and can track several bank and crypto accounts per corporation.
Sensitive fields such as bank details, tax IDs, contact information and addresses are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Every connection uses HTTPS, every account uses two-factor login, and each business has its own isolated data. The Security page explains the details.
No. Accounting Pro and every BizHelperSuite Complete plan include unlimited users for one flat monthly or yearly price. Only the Newsletter Only plan is limited to 5 team members.
Nothing is charged during the trial. Before it ends we remind you by email; you then choose monthly or yearly billing and pay through Stripe. If you do nothing, your account is paused rather than billed. You can cancel at any time.
Yes. You can hold crypto accounts next to bank accounts, record income received in crypto or fiat, and follow crypto and precious-metal prices inside the app. Prices on this site can be shown in 17 currencies; plans are billed in USD or CAD.
Yes. You give your accountant secure access to your system, so they see reports and records in real time. No exports, no file exchanges.
